Mac’s Discus has earned an outstanding reputation over the last 25 consecutive years. As the owner and operator, I am known for providing quality Discus and Angelfish, as well as offering many varieties; and customer service that leaves even the most critical consumers feeling satisfied. Providing quality requires an experienced professional with an ability to pay attention to detail. I personally check each fish for good size, shape, and health prior to shipping. In addition to making sure that each fish sent will be appreciated by those who see it, I go to great lengths to make sure that full-time care is maintained by myself in the hatchery everyday, so that the fish will grow to reach full maturity.

It has been exciting to see the increasing availability of new varieties over the years. Having been able to meet fish-keepers from all over the world, I’ve developed friendships in business, which allows me access and the ability to offer the latest strains as they are developed.

Customer service is of great importance since this business depends on the word of happy clients. Whether I am working for an individual who wants only two fish or the retail stores who depend on me for a constant supply, I strive to make them happy so they will tell their friends and come back for more. A typical customer experience would start with telephone, e-mail, or fax contact. If I am not able to answer the phone at that time, I check for messages throughout the day and usually return the call right away or at least within a few hours. I’ll answer any questions you may have and can take your order and make shipping arrangements any time you are ready.
